As part of KPMG’s 2017 aspiration plans, KPMG Kuching office has shifted to a new office in an up and coming location where a new business park is being planned. The fresh and vibrant new office located at Level 2, Lee Onn Building at Jalan Lapangan Terbang has the capacity to accommodate 180 employees, in view of future talent hires.
“As Malaysia continues on its journey towards becoming a high-income and knowledge based economy by 2020, KPMG continues to progress up the value chain as the country becomes more service-oriented in line with the structure of most high-income nations. KPMG Kuching’s new office will provide us with a more conducive working environment for our people to service our clients better,” said Datuk Johan Idris, Managing Partner, KPMG in Malaysia. “The new location also provides better access to clients in terms of traffic flow and has ample parking spaces for clients and staff,” he added.

Continuing our plans to increase our talent base from the millennial generation and with KPMG’s broad suite of services, we will be able to address the growing business and investment opportunities in East Malaysia,” Regina Lau, Partner, KPMG in Malaysia added.
