The Polymer Innovation Lab is central to this effort, featuring lab-scale pilot reactors and a 500 litre (L) upscale reactor that allow for customisable resin formulation and process optimisation.
The Coating Development Lab focuses on designing industry-specific coatings and enhancing their performance, while the Polymer and Coating Performance Lab rigorously tests products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
Equipped with advanced instruments like FTIR, GCMS, GPC, DSC, and HPLC, the Polymer Analysis Lab ensures precise analysis of polymer properties, offering a wide range of coating resins and additives under its registered trademarks.
These include Alkyd Resins (Polykyd® and Polythane®), Acrylic Resins (Polycryl®), Silicone Modified Resins (Polysil®), Polyester Resins (Polynate®), Prepolymers (IPcure®), Oligomers (Vcure®), and various Coating Additives (Polyadd®).
