Yellow.ai has on-boarded 25+ customers in the last two years in Malaysia, and the market contributes to more than ~20 percent of the company’s overall revenue growth in APAC. Providing Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) automation to brands such as Food Panda, Edotco, JD.ID, Zenyum, Mah Sing Group, Sephora, and Zalora.
Globally the company hosts over 2 billion conversations on its platform every quarter in over 135 languages including Bahasa Malay, Tagalog, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, English, and more.
Yellow.ai said its solutions have led to a 30% increase in productivity and a 70% reduction in operational costs, boosting customer satisfaction and increasing employee engagement at scale. The company has seen major demand for its Customer Support Automation, Live-Agent Assist, and WhatsApp for Business solutions.
Demand for its Voice Automation and EX solutions is also seeing significant traction in the country.
