Marketing, sales and communications professionals in Malaysia can look forward to the launch of the first double certification course in digital marketing in August 2013.
The double certification course offers a credible certification programme for the digital marketing industry, and graduates of this programme are awarded the Certificate in Digital Marketing (powered by Econsultancy UK) and the Google AdWords Individual Qualification. The course is managed by ClickAcademy Asia, a premier executive training and development academy in partnership with Marketing Magazine.
The course syllabus is developed from Econsultancy’s world-class digital marketing content portal. Econsultancy is a London based digital marketing best practice community and publisher, which educates the world’s marketers on everything from web analytics and email marketing, to social media, PR and e-commerce. Econsultancy provides independent research, consultancy services, and worldwide events and training for more than 140,000 members and counting, and has offices in London, New York, Sydney, Singapore and Dubai. The double certification course is a 2 months part-time programme for working professionals who intend to upgrade their knowledge in digital marketing. The programme has 64 contact hours and covers topics ranging from the overview of digital marketing, customer acquisition channels to social media marketing. Participants will only be certified after passing the Google AdWords exams and the digital marketing project, and complete at least 52 contact hours. The course starts on 17 August 2013, and classes are held in Petaling Jaya.
Graduates of this double certification programme can look forward to a solid foundational knowledge in the latest digital marketing topics, and increased relevancy to the digital age.
