Property market is booming in China. There are professional service supply chain, and state-of-the-art technology that is worth learning by Malaysian property industry players.
“Capital Asia” Magazine, Smart Investor Club, HOUSING.MY magazine and HOUSING.COM.MY property web co-organized a property trade visit to China in May 28th to June 2nd 2012.
There were 30 participants, who were among property developers, real estate agents, bankers, lawyers and investors. They visited Country Garden Holdings, one of the top ten property developers in China.
There were also meeting arranged with the representatives of management level from top real estate agencies, i.e. Hopefluent Group and Centaline Group to gain some insights view of China property market.
