People ‘N Rich-Holdings, a group comprising advertising, branding, and marketing communications agencies, has launched THINK, a proprietary training programme developed jointly with 95% The Advertising Academy.
The programme, to be conducted over a three-year period, will focus on relevant training to meet the exacting demands of a growing industry driven by rapid changes in digital technology and consumerism. It aims to groom existing talent within the Group and attract talent who want to be trained in the new competencies within the industry.
People ‘N Rich hopes to train over 50 people annually in various business disciplines covering Out-of-Home, Display, Branding, Media, and Ambient Marketing. Investment in the THINK training initiative, believes Thurairatnam, is critical in confronting the new creative challenges and exceeding the expectations its portfolio of clients.
What is relevant today may be obsolete tomorrow given the rapid pace of change fuelled by digital technology. The digital talent gap is driven by the enormous amount of user data that is instrumental in directing advertisements to consumers and analysing trends.
For People ‘N Rich, the end-game is to be recognised as an agency that thrives on ideation. It is a proposition in which everyone wins – and a legacy worth championing.
People ‘N Rich is part of the worldwide Hakuhodo Group, Japan’s second largest agency network with a global footprint of 68 offices in 18 countries.
