Foreign investors have faith in the Malaysians’ choice of government and hope the soon-to-be-elected government will maintain business-friendly policies, a foreign investor said.
President of German-based Pintsch Bubenzer Gmbh, Markus Topp, said he would like to see a continuity in the government policies after the general elections and hoped there would be no major changes to hamper foreign businesses here.
“I have great faith in the Malaysians to elect the government of their choice. Whatever they do, I hope we have a stable government so we that we can grow the business and create more jobs,” he told Bernama.
Topp said this at the 10th anniversary celebration of the company’s local unit, Pintsch Bubenzer Myport Sdn Bhd, on Thursday, 2nd May 2013.
A global braking system manufacturer, Pintsch Bubenzer is a member of the Schaltbau Group which produces mechanical and electrical engineering equipment specialising in transportation-related products.
Apart from Malaysia, Pintsch Bubenzer also operates in the US, the Middle East and China.
