The Print Technology 2021 is coming back after three years, bringing the world’s high-end printing and advertising technology to Malaysia.
The Print Technology, a biennial trade fair for the printing industry hosted by Kaizer Exhibitions & Conferences Sdn Bhd was scheduled to take place in 2020 but was postponed to 2021 because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The exhibition focuses on ‘Reviving Business & Connect with Key Industry Players’, targeting local businesses, while pursuing high-quality exhibition crowds and actively expanding business opportunities in the region.
After a quiet period, exhibitors can now rejoin the market in the exhibition and provide visitors with the best and most advanced technology and services. Face-to-face interaction and transactions are important for establishing interpersonal relationships and promoting business relations to bring opportunities for social progress.
“The brick-and-mortar businesses are emerging from the ‘cold winter’ and taking on the opportunity of development. It is important that people get in person with machinery, materials, and visual effects such as colours on site to see the finished product,” says Belle Yam, managing director of Kaizer Exhibitions & Conferences.
“In the post-pandemic period, businesses of all industries have restarted their operations. Elements such as signboards, decoration, lighting, furnishings, promotional materials and even printed packaging are indispensable. Visitors to The Print Technology 2021 will experience and understand the latest technology in the market first-hand and can select the relevant equipment and services best suited to their own businesses.”
The Print Technology 2021 will move from its previous venue at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur to the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (Mitec) and is expected to attract more Gen Y trade visitors to the exhibition and provide a wider and higher-end business development.
“Mitec is Malaysia’s largest trade and exhibition centre and the third largest MICE in Southeast Asia,” Belle Yam said while introducing the venue. “Mitec’s international status will enhance the level of business development and bring more opportunities to exhibitors.”
The trade fair will begin on Thursday, 2 December 2021 and end on Sunday, 5 December 2021. The four-day exhibition will include product groups of the Industry Print Exhibition, the Malaysia 3D Tech Expo, the Asia Sign, and the LED and Lighting Technology Show Malaysia, and My Retail Shop, covering textile printing, packaging and labeling, digital printing, and print buyers.
The exhibitors will showcase a wide range of internationally renowned brands including Epson, AVS, Roland, EFI, Kornit Digital, Massivit 3D, HP, Canon, Artworld, Mimaki, Hapond, AE Stamp, Colop, Excard, Grando, Summa, LG, PCA, Mutoh, Happy Japan, OKI, Lintec, Myslaser, Kplus, Sansin Prima and SanXin Printing.
The exhibition is supported and recognised by several government agencies and trade organisations, including Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation, Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau, Malaysian Printers Association, The Selangor And Federal Territory Chinese Printing Presses’ Association, Malay Entrepreneur Printing Association of Malaysia, Malaysia Paper Association, Federation of Malaysia Advertising Manufacturer, Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Stationers & Booksellers Association, Malaysia 3D Media Association, Persatuan Pengusaha Pencetak-Pencetak Malaysia, and Malaysia Association of Themepark & Family Attractions.
