With the advent of digital marketing in Malaysia, 35 per cent of Malaysians are said to have increased interest in a brands, according to London-based market research firm – Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS)’s survey.
Hence, in a timely move, New Media School (Malaysiakini’s training arm) is organising its first business forum on April 19 focused on digital marketing, creating a platform for the leading practitioners of digital marketing to share their expertise and knowledge with entrepreneurs and marketeers who wish to explore digital marketing strategies.
Why Digital Marketing Matters (WDMM) which is expected to attract more than 200 participants over its two, four-hour sessions will feature line of big names in the Malaysia’s Digital Marketing Circle including Google Malaysia’s Industry Head for Telecommunications, Media and Automotive, James Yeang, DiGi’s Head of Business, Mr Ramesh Rajandran, and New Media School’s partner Mr Chu Tzu Ming to name a few.
