BTI Consultants, a consulting firm specialising in board and executive search, talent management, and leadership development, today announced its regional partnership with Career Partners International (CPI) — the largest global outplacement consultancy providing top talent management services.

In a statement today, the company said it has been appointed as CPI’s local market expert in several key locations across Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, India and South Korea.

BTI Consultants said it will draw on CPI’s world-renowned career transition and executive coaching programmes, combining its local expertise to offer value-added talent and leadership management services across the Asia-Pacific region.

BTI Consultants managing director and vice president for Asia Pacific Anthony Raja Devadoss said the partnership with CPI will add valuable growth to BTI Consultants’ strong existence throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

“In an increasingly challenging globalised economy, it is crucial to have a unified and seamless one-stop local partner connection, and a global reach in strategic locations,” he said.

“A partnership with CPI means that BTI Consultants has direct access to more than 1,600 human capital experts in career management, talent development, leadership and executive coaching, career transition and outplacement services,” he added.

Meanwhile, CPI president and CEO Dough Matthews said the regional partnership with BTI Consultants expanding also to Singapore is part of CPI’s continuous effort to expand the company’s geographical reach.

“Only those firms that ensure the highest quality of client and participant services are selected to join the Career Partners International Global Group.

“BTI possesses a proven track record of excellence and will help expand CPI’s global reach significantly,” said Matthews.

He said BTI Consultants in Singapore was selected based on its expertise, quality, and reputation for success; coupled with CPI’s world-renowned career management programmes.

“This is indeed a key milestone of achievement for both, and clients in Singapore now can have direct access to more than 1,600 human capital experts,” he said.
