Pursuing a career in the insurance industry just got a whole lot more interesting with the Allianz Masters, a regional training programme aimed at professional development is the first ever to be launched by the Allianz Group in Asia Pacific.
The structured programme by LIMRA, a worldwide research, learning and development organization is a strategic initiative to provide Allianz agents with the professional development in building towards it’s the Allianz’s new Digital Agency model in the region. In Malaysia, the programme will be opened to Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (Allianz Life) agents.

Apart from obtaining an internationally recognised certificate, through the Allianz Masters, agents will also gain access to the best practices from the sharing of ideas from its strong global network as well and a sharing community and e-learning platform that never sleeps.
Allianz Masters kicked off in Shanghai in May this year and is being rolled out to other core markets within Asia Pacific.
