At a recent ceremony organised by the French Design Institute, the “Janus du Commerce” prize was awarded to Air France and the Brandimage agency for Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance’s design of the Business lounge in Hall M at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. This reward consolidates the lounge’s upmarket positioning and innovative design concept. The division of the space into small islands (relaxation, dining, multimedia, etc.) and the park and green plant-inspired décor won over the jury.

With this type of improvement project which gives pride of place to design and creation, we aim to offer our customers the very best in products and services”, stated Bruno Matheu, Chief Officer Long-Haul Passen-ger Activity, Air France.

Over 3,000 sq. m dedicated to well-being

Air France currently offers the largest Business class lounge on its network at Paris-Charles de Gaulle situated in Hall M and dedicated to customers travelling on its long-haul flights. Spanning over 3,000 sq. m, this new lounge allows passengers to make the most of their time prior to take-off or between flights. In this haven of peace, an offer of hot food supplements the cold snacks and beverages already provided in other Air France lounges. Wi-Fi access, touch screens and self-service computers allow passengers to work in peace and a Clarins beauty care service invites passengers to relax before boarding.
