Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, has officially opened its new office in Kuala Lumpur. This significant milestone reflects Kyndryl’s commitment to its Malaysian customers and reinforces its efforts to position Malaysia as a key ASEAN hub for mainframe modernisation. The new office will serve as the base for Kyndryl’s Malaysian operations, contributing to the nation’s digital economy.

Through strategic partnerships, Kyndryl provides ASEAN customers with access to a broad range of advanced technologies and capabilities. Earlier this year, the company launched ASEAN’s first Mainframe Modernisation Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Malaysia.
Led primarily by Malaysians, the CoE supports businesses across the region, offering strategic guidance and mainframe expertise to help enterprises modernise, update, and migrate legacy mainframe applications to a cloud-native environment.
