KUALA LUMPUR, 22 October 2012: MOLPay, a Southeast Asia e-payment provider, today agreed to accept the appointment by SME Corp Malaysia as Third Party Acquirer (TPA) under SME Corp Malaysia’s Enabling ePayment for SMEs and Micro Enterprises programme.
SME Corp Malaysia’s Enabling ePayment for SMEs and Micro Enterprises Program is an initiative under the Digital Malaysia to help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Micro Enterprises specifically the operators of night bazaar, flea market and small retail outlet to adopt ePayment.
“We glad to become a TPA appointed by SME Corp Malaysia. We believe through MOLCube, our mobile payment terminal, SMEs and Micro Enterprises able to accept ePayment without cost constraint and complicated implementation process,” Eng Sheng Guan, the Chief Executive Officer of MOLPay said.
MOLCube is a secure mobile payment platform allows corporations and individuals to accept credit cards through their smart phone or mobile Internet devices by swiping the card on the MOLCube chip card reader which can be integrated to the devices such as iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android smart phones.
